On October 17, 2023, KES Group initiated the “Factory Tour” program for partners, distributors, and customers. The Program is expected to welcome more than 1,000 visitors from all provinces and cities to visit KES Group's industrial wood production plant in Binh Phuoc Province.

The “Factory Tour” program is an activity that will be organized regularly by KES Group to strengthen the relationship between partners, distributors, and the Group. Through this Program, partners and distributors can visit and experience machinery systems, production lines, laboratories, and quality control processes of KES Group's factories. Thereby, customers will have a realistic perspective on the capacity and potential of KES Group, strengthening and increasing customer trust in the products and services quality that KES Group provides.

In addition, KES Group is proud to be the first company in Vietnam to own a closed wood board supply chain with a diverse ecosystem of products from melamine-coated MDF boards, industrial wood boards, floorboards, etc.

At KES Group's factories, customers can witness the closed production process of raw boards, melamine-coated MDF boards, and flooring. From input materials that are natural logs, through the compression process, raw MDF/HDF boards are formed. Through the surface paper coating process, MDF boards will form melamine-coated MDF boards; HDF boards through the process of compressing, cutting, milling, painting, and waxing will form quality floorboards. KES Group's products have achieved international certifications such as CARB P2, GREENGUARD, FLOORSCORE, and so on.

At the end of the Factory Tour, customers are able to understand the production process of raw boards, melamine-coated MDF boards, and flooring that meet international standards as well as the product quality control process and quality commitments of KES Group.
