Moving beyond the safe boundaries of neutral tones, Trang House is an artistic statement that boldly embraces the spirit of colour blocking. Lavia Concept skilfully interweaves graceful curves with vibrant geometric forms, creating a harmonious yet unconventional composition.
The apartment offers a vivid living experience through its one-of-a-kind colour palette, where on-trend hues are thoughtfully arranged to guide the eye through every space. The visual journey unfolds spontaneously—from the warm orange curved wall in the living room to the glossy olive-green subway tiles in the kitchen.
To prevent these bold colour contrasts from becoming overwhelming, Lavia Concept incorporated KES wood-based surfaces in warm, natural tones as an invisible thread connecting the entire interior. The herringbone wood flooring, doors and lower kitchen cabinets—featuring KES’s natural woodgrain patterns—bring balance to the composition, softening the intensity of the vibrant colour blocks while preserving the apartment’s refined and sophisticated character.
